AEPA history began in 1995 with the concern of a group of psychologists aviation meet and share their experiences.

This concern resulted in the creation of AEPA on 14 December 1998, being the same formally registered at the Technical General Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior on 26 February l.999 with the number 164716 and the name of Spanish Association Aviation psychology.
